They hold your hand through the design process, detailed CADS are generated, after purchase you receive an estimated date of arrival, and finally when they arrive, we had the awesome field rep drive all the way to our state to help and guide our contractor install them. The field rep was fantastic and even after the install was complete, months later any questions he quickly responds, offers any additional guidance - this is note worthy because most companies just take your money and disappear after the transaction is compete.
